

Program Requirements
As with all Personal Umbrella Policies, you are required to maintain certain underlying limits on each the policies that the excess coverage layers upon. This includes all Homeowner, Automobile, Watercraft and Recreational Vehicle Policies.

Important: Failure to maintain the following required underlying limits of coverage on your existing personal insurance policies could result in coverage not applying should you have a claim.

Watercraft Liability (Watercraft < 26 Feet and 50 HP) $300,000 Combined Single Limit
Watercraft Liability (Watercraft > 26 Feet and 50HP) $500,000 Combined Single Limit

IMPORTANT: Watercraft greater than 42 feet and watercraft having greater than 300 HP are excluded from coverage. Virginia residents are also excluded from coverage.

Important: It is necessary that you contact your current personal insurance provider to ensure that your underlying policies meet the required limits of Liability and Uninsured Motorist Coverage as reflected above. Faiure to do so could result in this coverage not applying should you have a claim.
